I went shopping many times there, this was 2nd time they left security tag on cloths and didn't remove it by cashier at cash register, even we came outside it doesn't beep at the door, when we came home we noticed the tag and with expensive clothes we don't want to rip of the clothes so I have to go back the store for removing this, this time again it doesn't beep at the door. Anyway I went to cash register and told them this tag needs to remove and show them receipt, instead if accepting mistake the girl at cash register she was looking at me as I just grab and came to her to get it free though I was showing her receipt. And i travelled more than hour to get this tag remive safely
I totally disappointed their service at register. Wish I can give them O (zero) star.

I can’t believe the lack of quality. I used to LOVE the rockstar jeans. They were the only jeans I would wear. I have pairs that I’ve been wearing for over 7 years now. I bought a new pair back in March and they are already ripping in the inner thigh. I haven’t even worn them during the summer, so this is from a few short months of once a week wear. I might try another but if this what the jeans are like now I will be switching brands. Such a shame.
I was wondering why I was beeping in the way out.. well unfortunately they left the security tag on my sweater after paying for it and I didn’t notice. Had to remove it myself and put a hole in my sweater in the process. Not impressed.
I love shopping at old navy, especially as a larger woman. They have a good size variety. A lot of their clothes fit me comfortably and I actually feel confident. Their clothes are very cute and in style, and unlike most stores, the clothes are usually fairly covering which I like. I often go to stores and I like a shirt and take it off the rack and there is no back to it, or rips and holes in it, or it says something weird. Their clearance area also often has some good and cheap finds! The staff are very friendly and helpful!
Was fairly organized and clean, just pretty limited in sizes, if you're not a twig you're not getting anything from there
Welcoming to me and my little dog Valentino. Lots of space! Clean, Airy and good music. If you’ve got the time to look, there is always a good find on the clearance rack!
Good sale prices. Store was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful!
